Customization & Shipping

Each product is customized especially for you.  Approximate shipment times are provided within each product listing.  One complimentary proof will be emailed for personalized orders.  Please make sure to check that pesky spam folder, as sometimes our emails do show up there.  If you do not provide an email address with your order, you are foregoing the proofing process and will not receive a proof.  Taylor Beach Design is not responsible for any incorrect information or aesthetic issues on orders that forego the proofing process.

The shipment timeline begins after the proof is approved.    

If you have multiple products in your order, standard shipping will consolidate all of the merchandise into a one, single shipment.  

Your order may be expedited upon request.  Expedited fees vary per product.  Please email us for further information and quotes per product. 

Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations may be made within 30 minutes of order placement.  We are unable to cancel your order past that initial 30 minute window. 

Personalized merchandise or custom orders may not be returned / exchanged.  If there was a mistake with your order, please contact Taylor Beach Design to resolve.  

Non-personalized merchandise** may be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Shipping charges for the original purchase are non-refundable.  Item must be in the original condition in which you received it to be eligible for return.  Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.  Please contact customer service if you need assistance generating a return label.  Returns will be processed in 3-5 business days upon receipt of merchandise. **Exceptions are original artwork, art prints & any holiday merchandise.

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please submit photos of the packaging / merchandise to Taylor Beach Design and we will work to resolve the issue.  

Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
